Bring your pot of water to a boil
Once the water is boiling add your shrimp and put lid on, once you see the water is boiling remove lid and watch your shrimp once the heads of the shrimp start popping up remove and put in ice bath
Remove from ice bath and dry on a towel or leave in colander till all water is gone, you now can pack and refrigerate or freeze
Make sure you add NaturalShrimp cocktail sauce to your shrimp!!!!
